The 100 Year Plan Initiative is a collaboration between Love3 Movement Inc. (501.c3) and South Dekalb Rotary Club. Our leadership team is as follows:
Leadership Team
Lawrence N. Sharp
For the last 55 years, Lawrence N. Sharp, Jr. has been in the relationship business, staying in touch with family, friends and clients he’s met along life’s path. For the last 44 years, he has been in leadership business including chartering a chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at Jacksonville State University in Alabama.
Lawrence’s leadership extends to the Rotary Club, where he served as President of the South DeKalb Chapter three times. Under his current leadership, the South Dekalb chapter started with 17 members and will have 100 members by June 30, 2022. He also served as president of the Emory Druid Hills Chapter of the Rotary Club from 2011-2012. In addition, Sharp serves on the Jacksonville State University Foundation Board, and formerly served as chairman of the South DeKalb Academy YMCA for 7 years as well being a board member in charge of membership for East Lake YMCA.
For 39 years, he’s run a very successful real estate company. He brings his skills in the form of relationship building, leadership and marketing to any endeavor he joins. Lawrence is also a member of 100 Black Men of Dekalb, Atlanta Business League, Council for Quality Growth, the Empire Real Estate Board, the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Atlanta Commercial Realtors.
In his spare time, Lawrence enjoys spending time with his wife, adult daughter and grand-dogson, Bolt.
Robert Williams
Robert Williams is the Chairman of the South Dekalb Rotary Club’s Vocational Training Committee and the author of the 100 Year Plan Initiative. He is a native of Dekalb County, a proud graduate of Redan High School, and obtained his B.S. Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University. Robert earned a commission in 2002 from the United States Navy and served 5 years as a Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Officer. After receiving an honorable discharge in 2007, Robert began his 2nd career as an entrepreneur. He is a NASCLA Licensed Commercial General Contractor and has developed mobile technologies in the residential construction industry.
Ryne Joyner
Ryne Joyner is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a degree in Computer and Information Systems. Ryne is currently a Contract Specialist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In addition to working for the Government, he is also an independent filmmaker.
Omari Crawford
Omari Crawford is an Assistant DeKalb County Attorney where he reviews contracts and Georgia legislation, provides legal opinions, and represents DeKalb County agencies in federal and state court proceedings. Omari attended Florida A&M University (FAMU) on a track and field scholarship. There, he was a member of the all-academic conference team for three consecutive years. Omari obtained a Bachelor of Science in political science and a Master of Public Administration in 2008 and 2009, respectively. He earned his law degree and Master of Business Administration from North Carolina Central University in 2013. Omari is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., 100 Black Men of DeKalb County, Inc., the Rotary Club of South DeKalb County, and serves as the General Counsel for the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia. Omari serves on the boards of MTS Sickle Cell Foundation, Inc., and the South DeKalb County YMCA. He was a member of the Leadership DeKalb Class of 2021, currently a 2022 fellow in New Leaders Council, and co-founder of Project LIFE—a nonprofit that offers scholarships and establishes career-focused training opportunities for DeKalb County high school seniors. Omari uses his athletic experiences to mentor high school student-athletes and frequently serves as a keynote speaker at DeKalb County high school commencement ceremonies.
Maurice Steward, MBA
Social Entrepreneur/Investor/Chief Strategist/Fund Manager
A seasoned speaker and consultant with over 17 years of experience, Maurice Stewart has a longstanding track record for providing value-added strategic and business process improvement consulting services to start-ups, Fortune 100 clients, government agencies, and social ventures. Maurice prides himself on providing innovative solutions that accelerate growth and inspire common sense collaboration in efforts to maximize double bottom line returns. While in college, Maurice co-founded DigitalGuestList.com, one of the country’s oldest and largest electronic event marketing firms. He began his professional career working in corporate finance with General Motors and Philip Morris. Post MBA, he worked with JPMorgan Chase in the United Kingdom, Credit Suisse First Boston in investment banking, and with Deloitte Consulting providing strategy solutions to a list of government and Fortune 100 clients. Maurice is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. A proud HBCU alum, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his BS in Accounting and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Florida A&M University.
