100 Year Plan Overview
The mission of the 100 Year Plan is to assist high school students in developing a personal and professional life plan for themselves and future generations. Thank you for your interest in supporting the 100 Year Plan Initiative. We are committed to working with educators, community organizations, and people like you to produce the next generation of positive and productive citizens.
Professional Life Plan
Every student should graduate high school and obtain a professional license within 5 years of entering the work force.
We have outlined 3 pathways to a professional license.
Level 1 (On the Job Training)
Level 1 career path is On the Job Training. This is for students ready to enter the work force immediately after high school. We partner with companies that hire and train our students to obtain professional licenses through OJT.
Level 2 (Technical Education)
Level 2 career path is Technical Education. This is for students that desire additional education for their professional license. We partner with trade schools, technical schools, coding and computer programming organizations, etc.
Level 3 (College):
Level 3 career path is College. This is for students who desire a professional license requiring a 4-year degree or advanced degree. We partner with colleges and universities with certified curriculums for professional licensing.

Personal Life Plan
Every student should graduate high school and commit to living a healthy lifestyle. We focus on 3 areas of health: mental health, physical health, and financial health.
Mental Health
We provide seminars on mental health, childhood trauma, addition, and suicide prevention. We partner with companies and organizations that provide counseling, therapy, and long-term and short-term care facilities.
Physical Health
We provide seminars on diet, grocery lists, meal prep, exercise, and stretching. We partner with companies and organizations that provide nutrition education, cooking classes, food banks, food pantries, organized adult sports, and exercise.
Financial Health
We provide seminars on budgeting, saving, personal finance, retirement planning and life insurance. We partner with companies and organizations that provide financial education, financial planning, and financial tools for our young people.
